Vodacom bad service

I recently app**** for a data service from Vodacom, 10G top up. There was a mistake and they made the contract an open contract which means if I reach the 20G limit I get charged out of bundle rediculous rates. I did query that with them and they said they would rectify it. I spoke to somebody there at solutions dept and he said a person by the name of Sipho would phone me back with a reference number. I am still waiting for Sipho to phone me. I then assumed that the problem was resolved and paid the required amount less the extra for the open contract. The next thing Vodacom cut my services and I had to resolve to a pay as go method as to remain in contact and have data. Eventually the problem was resolved after I had to pay the extra R451.61, in fact I paid R500. Then after about 2 days my service was reinstated. I phoned Vodacom to request a credit for the R451.61 and thanks to a lady by the name of Margaret everything was resolved and I received my credit. However I feel for this incident I should be compensated for the inconvenience and aggrivation. At the end of February I paid almost double what I should have paid which, strictly speaking I shoud be in credit with them. Now that is not where it ends, this month I go onto My Vodacom website to check out my account. I see an invoice for R2431.00. I enquire from Vodacom what that invoice is for and they say it is for a laptop I purchased which is totally untrue. However that is not my largest concern, if I do not pay the R2930.94 (total outstanding) they will once again just suspend my services and they do not care about the inconvenience and aggrivation involved even though it is once again their mistake.
