Vodacom Bad service

I reviewed Vodacom on the 10th of August about their bad service and them selling me something I already had. To cut the story short after my review they called and managed to cancel the contract and I called them again about my refund since they have been deducting since May or June and they said they will contact me back again after they have reconciled but until today there’s no feedback from them about my refund instead they deducted the money at the end of August which I failed to understand cause they said they canceled the contract. I’m 100% sure this is the last contract with them I can’t. It’s not like I’m getting their stuff free I pay for it and they’re not the only ones that can provide this kind of service
