Vodacom bad service

Upgraded vodacom online receive my samsung A50 used it for 9 days then the phone went off. Could not get it on again!!! Took it to vodacom repair centre in Vanderbijlpark across from Vaal mall. Handed it in on the 24 of July! Still waiting for it. Vodacom say if it was broken with in 7 days they would replace but it is 9 days so they will not replace will only repair. Repair centre keeps on making promises but every day a nother story and vodacom refuses to cancel contract or repalce the phone. So paying for something I have not even got
