Vodacom bad service

I phoned vodacom to cancell the contract i was assisted by Siyabonga Didiza.He insisted to give me a new cell phone for my daughter but the agreement was to cancell the contract now my daughter cell phone is not working after a sad they must cancell the contract.Again i bought whatsup ticket for a month it expires on the 25th of August now i cannot receive or send whatsup messeges.
