Vodacom bad service
NOT HAPPY WITH VODACOM.
Request an Vodacom cancel quotation on June 2018 and paid-up my account. Sent mail with all the requested documents to vodacom. Did allot of followups and got an alternative email address. Still nothing happen. Got a call 6 February 2019 form Ramatshila-Mugeri attorneys and sent them all my proof of payments and emails and still no answer from vodacom or attorneys. Now my ITC look bad. Vodacom very unhappy and will never be a vodacom client again.
