Vodacom bad Service

In October 2018 I was behind on my contract. I was instructed to bring my contract up to date. I then made the required payments as requested. On the same day of my payment my phone number was pushed in to a recycle bin which meant that I could not my any calls to any number and not receive any calls. I proceeded to a Vodacom Shop close by where they called the relevant call centers. The service from these call centers was very poor. Luckily we gold hold of a Afrikaans spoken lady. She notified us that I was now billed for two devices and that I cancelled my contract. Amount of R 14 000.00. I never cancelled my contract as I need the phone for my business and personal use. She was very helpful and requested that I make a payment upfront for November 2018, which I did. She could not promise but said she would try and recover my number from the recycle bin, this would take 21 working days. So in October 2018 I had no Vodacom Service which I payed for. November the second week my phone started working again, but still I got these rood sms saying I now own Vodacom R 16 000.00. On inquire they informed that I should pay for my devices which I only received in December 2017. I have made over a 100 calls to the relevant call centers, following there instructions of what to do. Every time I speak to someone different and get promised this will be resolved by a team leader or manager. Today My phone is disconnected again regarding this issue. I have tried to speak to someone superior but they will not allow me. This is so frustrating . I own Vodacom nothing. In stead they owe me a month of free services as I payed for October 2018 and had now service. Please could someone help me. Please
