Vodacom - Bad service!
I have been a long time client of Vodacom. When I went to the store to cancel my contract, they told me to call in rather, I called in it took hours for them to answer. I asked for my contract to be cancelled and moved to pay as you go - INSTEAD I have a cheaper contract! Its still a contract and now NO ONE is answering the customer call centre! It should not be called a customer call centre - you are not customer focused!!!
