Vodacom bad service

Hi Hellopeter, Ivy from vodacom send me an email saying she never said i will receive a new phone. I have her email and she called me and saying i am send a new phone. They also send me previous emails saying they wait for parts to fix my phone. You dont order parts if a handset is working perfectly. I am going to the courthouse on .Monday. Then i will also see my lawyer. I am going to ask permit to retrieve my calls from vodacom so i can show i am not lying. What do you want me to do? I need your advice. I am also thinking of making a youtube video showing what my phone is doing so everyone can see how Vodacom treats its clients. Then i also wait for Burger and Beeld. They are sending someone to take my story. What else do you require me to do?
