Vodacom BAD Service

I cancelled my account in November 2015 at the Vodacom shop in Mall at reds, due to being unemployed, and no longer being able to pay the account. Once I started working again I arrange the repayment of the outstanding amount, and paid it off. In December 2016, my account was in credit with nearly R2000 rand, and I commenced to ask Vodacom, sort out the account is it was still listed on ITC, After nearly 2 months of numerous calls, Vocacom finally came back to me and said I still owe then the cancellation fee. In June this year the statement I received from Vodacom indicated that the cancellation fee had been paid. After speaking to the Legal department I was told that I owe them nothing and it would be removed from ITC.

On the 19 of August, I got a call from a lawyer to indicate I owe Vodacom money. On producing the statements with a credit balance of 1.47, they said they would query with Vodacom. I have call them numerous times, and they have not received any communication back from Vodacom.

Vodacom have still not removed me off ITC, and the account department tell me to talk to legal, and legal tell you to talk to account.

Reviewer Update
Vodacom have outdone themselves again, with a automated response, and not actually contact me. Another example of there great service, The company I work for has a vodacom APN, and we tried to put roaming on the sim cards for a $150 million contract, and yes that is dollars, we ended up having to use MTN, because Vodacom don't respond.
