Vodacom bad service

So here's the story:

I completed an online application to request a contract for an iPhone 5s. This process efficient. Within a day an agent contacted me to complete the transaction.

During this telephonic transaction I informed the agent that I was currently with MTN on contract but I'd like to a Vodacom contract as well as keep my MTN number

I informed the agent that I'd like to port my number but I was advised that it could only be done once my MTN contract expired. I then asked the agent if I could get the new phone on contract with a new sim card and port at a later stage. She informed me yes. This was the point of departure - where the misunderstanding occurred and why I requested a copy of the recordings

Okay fast forward one month and my MTN contract expired. Now I am ready to port and then I was told it was not possible and that to keep my other MTN number I would have to get another contract

I contested this and requested a copy of the recording to either prove I was wrong or that the agent misinformed me. Initially Vodacom tried to bully me and read the recording to me to \prove I was in the wrong"but did not send the requested recording. An agent \""told me what """
