Vodacom bad service
I bought a contract phone with vodacom, my experience is very bad, there's no transparency, consultants are not helpful, you can call but you will never be assisted, all they care about is deducting money from our accounts, I would not recommend it to anyone, I'm genuinely ****sed off with vodacom service, I regret buying a phone from vodacom

21 Jun 2021, 07:59I don't understand why vodacom is saying I owe them R1800 for the sim card that I've never used since 2018, I paid and asked vodacom nicely to cancel that contract as they failed to replace my lost sim card, vodacom is good in collecting money, but when it comes to delivery they are useless, I'm honestly dissapointed and discouraged with vodacom, you explain to this consultant, another one will call and ask the same thing, they never get things right on their side
