Vodacom bad service

Received the worst service from vodacom, app**** for an online contract a month ago and was rejected twice, upon call they told me it was a system error they will fix it and up until today heard nothing more from them. When I went instore I was approved for the contract but now the special was over and I'm not paying a higher price. Worst service, every agent I spoke to was useless. Will never use vodacom again
