VODACOM BAD SERVICE

Poor service received from Vodacom

called customer care regards with my accounts reactivation the consultants are sounding horrible on calls...not a good service whatsoever

my account was refused to be reactivated whilst the fault is on their side for not debiting on time. now I have to stay with a handset that does not work for the entire month. very disappointing customer service.

cancelling my service with them the network is beyond horrible.
