Vodacom bad service

On the 29th of January 2021 vodacom debt my acc. It returned as unpaid deu to the fact that i do not get paid on any other date then the last day of the month. I have made a direct payment in order that my acc does not fo into arrears. Only to be told that i am now liable for a penalty fee deu to the fact that the debt order was returned. Even if I made a direct payment. *** if this is how you treat a customer that always pays his account then I am seriously considering a move over to MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
