Vodacom bad service

It has been 3 weeks now that Vodacom is off around Upington. I have 2 sims cards and I use Vodacom wifi. I can not use my laptop, wifi does not connect, can not phone anyone. That is really bad service. Can Vodacom step up, because most people are on Vodavom here. All reh farmers and people working here. This is not acceptable. Please put more towers up and make sure they work. We are losing money everyday.
