Vodacom bad Service!!!

Worst service ever. Last 2 weeks no internet, 15 calls loged. 3rd month in a row with issues. They send no one out to sort the problem. Router does not work, not giving an IP address. One excuse after another. Service is so bad even Vodacom shops closing left right and centre. Been paying for a NON EXISTING SERVICE!!! I have had it!!!!

Nothing resolved and being charged... so how must I pay for something I did not get???? Cannot do my job either because I have no internet. If I loose my job I will sue them for loss of income.
