Vodacom bad reception and Data speeds

We recently relocated to Aries Road, Sunward park, Boksburg. Immediately we noticed that Vodacom's reception was very low and that the signal is very bad. Internet speed is also extremely slow. We hardly get LTE/4G data speeds and just about 1km away the speeds and reception is really great.

We have been Vodacom clients for many years and a lot of people have our numbers. I'm also a EMS Chaplain which is a First Responder to various situations and often need to respond to calls within my area but simply cant as now I don't get messages in time due to poor reception. I've also already lost night time data bundle due to the low speeds of internet and not being able to utilize the bundle fully.

I have complained to Vodacom and the technician contacted me saying that they have found a problem and it was attended to but there is no notable difference in reception/data speed. I asked around and there seem to be many other patrons in the area that battle with the same issue, Vodacom even acknowledged that they have a problem in the area.

We need this prioritized and resolved ASAP. Our money is good enough, please then provide the service that we pay for!
