VODACOM = BAD NEWS!!
<p>For almost a year I try to get my daugter`s 3 vodacom numbers removed from my contract after her marriage a year ago. She is not dependant on me anymore and want the numbers on her name. She app**** for her own contract and supp**** Vodacom with all the documents they asked her for, but nothing has been done up to now and her 3 numbers are still on my name and my contract. She went to a Vodacom shop in Bloemfontein first and later in Nelspruit also, but no progress up to now! VODACOM YOU ARE BAD NEWS AND I TELL THAT TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!</p>

I repeat: Vodacom is BAD NEWS!!! They have never come back to me as they have promised in their reply above. No consultant has phoned me - so I still regard VODACOM`s service level of the lowest possible! It is clear to me that they are not interested in their customer`s complaints.
Hellopeter, please tell Vodacom that this client will end 4 contracts shortly if I dont get service from them!
