Vodacom bad network problems

Vodacom is fast becoming the worst internet provider. I have vodacom fibre at home and every single day it says connected without internet. I phone the call center and they reset everything amd then it's the same again. Then they changed my router and refreshed everything, it works and then it says connected without internet. It's been going on for over a year and vodacom keeps billing me but don't fix the problem. They keep guessing or reseting or replacing but I still struggle with network. The 5G don't work as well. So if you thinking of vodacom fibre, think again.
