Vodacom bad management

Good day i changed my personal accout to business account and from there ive got ossues with my emails and my vodabucks and nobody at customer care can helpe they put you thru to another department and you get cut off how many times must ome go thru the same story over and over again. Im tired of vodacom and they get commplaint and they cant sort it . After how many years i think its time to get another service provider for my home ,bisinees and personel .Thanks vodacom you where great but !!!!!
