Vodacom (Bad Customer Service)

I recently found out that my mum has an extra contract that was taken out in her name which she has been paying for since 2018. Now the kicker is this contract has been renewed without her consent.

I have been trying to call the Vodacom cancellation department all day but kept being put on hold for a few minutes after which the call drops. We have gone to a Vodacom store which they said they can not help us but that we need to call.

So what do we do now when calling doesn't help and writing to Vodacom on Facebook is just a slow painful process of some one asking silly questions where I keep asking if they can call me so we can sort this out since I do not stay with my mum and this is literally the best time for me to help her.

I really am not impressed with this, if someone can advise as to what route we can take to deal with this, if it's legal and involves suing Vodacom please let me know because there is no way my mum can be paying an ******* contract like this.
