Vodacom bad customer service

I have been battling for almost 3 months to cancel a data contract and when it was finally canceled I have to battle to get my refund and be shunted from department to department with no success in getting my refund. I eventually had to send an email with the hope that it may help. Below is my email.

I am typing this email with GREAT frustration and dissatisfaction!

As per my email below, I have requested a cancelation and a refund for the debit orders for the months of December and January as I requested a cancelation in November 2020 already. Due to the lack of service from VODACOM this was not done.

I finally got the contract canceled in January 2021, but I have still not received my refund for the 2 months as requested.

I have called your cancelation department and they confirmed the cancelation and said that I should speak to the billing department, the billing department said I should speak to subscriber collections and when I spoke to them they said that I should speak to cancelation department....

Now I DO NOT have the time to travel through every department in VODACOM and still have no assistance.

It seems that vodacom is very quick to debit my account for money, but not so quick to refund me when clearly the error is due to BAD service and the bad service is still ongoing.

I would very much appreciate it if someone can please sort this out and REFUND me and advise when I will receive it as soon as possible, otherwise I will go to social media with this and make it very clear on how pathetic your service is.
