VODACOM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wrote a complaint on the 12 MAY 2018 about the error with Vodacom where I was billed for 2 contracts. Subsequently a consultant phoned me and promised me that she would cancel the one contract and investigate the fact that I called Vodacom in December 2017 to cancel the contract. She would then revert back to me as I would like to be reimbursed for the months that my account was debited. She NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AND I AM STILL DEBITED FOR 2 DATA CONTRACTS. BELOW IS MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT: I have 2 Vodacom accounts. The 1 was due for an upgrade more or less in September 2017 n the other in December 2017. I went to the Vodacom Store in Kenilworth centre, where the assistant put me on line with a call agent as the device I wanted was not in the store. During my conversation with the store agent, upgraded the contract. However, she asked me if I wanted to increase the data on the 2nd sim card for a minimal amount and I agreed. However, she did not explain that the contract starts all over again. When I wanted to cancel the account in December at a Vodacom Store, I was told that it had been renewed. They gave me a call centre number to call. I called the call centre and the agent agreed that she would cancel the contract. But it was never cancelled. I phoned again in April, but did not receive any satisfaction. The agent promised that someone was going to call me, but no one did. I was billed again for the data. My question is that "All calls are recorded" Why is it that my request was never resolved. My other gripe is that unlike other companies, when you got to a Vodacom store with a query, none of the assistants want to help you, they refer you to a call centre number. I'm sure that my query would've been sorted in a store if someone had assisted me there.
