Vodacom bad customer care
It's impossible to solve a matter with vodacom through their call centers so trying this.

01 Jul 2021, 09:57Vodacom has now hit a new low. they have closed the service request number instead of calling and solving this. And now they wont log a complaint against their departments. SR ***. call me on ***, else i will withdraw all vodacom accounts. It is sad that customer service has to come down to this.
