Vodacom Bad Customer Care

Once again I cannot complain about service because there are no service to complain about.

On 15 July I requested you to change my debit order details. Rafiq Essop phoned me and confirmed via email that my debit order details was updated.

"Good day Dawid Van Aswegen, We acknowledge your email regarding your bank details change. As per telephonic conversation I had amended your details provided to me for the last working day of each month. Here are some of Vodacom’s easy-to-use self-service channels available to you: My Vodacom App WhatsApp TOBI ***) USSD *135# Dawid, are you happy with the way I assisted you today? You might receive a SMS from Vodacom asking you to rate my service. You might get a SMS from Vodacom asking you to rate this experience. We would appreciate if you could provide your feedback Regards, Rafiq Essop Customer Care eService team"

On 31 July I received a sms to inform me that my debit order of R861.83 was not successful.

I have sent numerous emails to the customercare department without any response, it is like you just don’t care about your customers.

According to my balance on the app today I owe Vodacom R962.71????? Already added interest!!!!

YOU BETTER SORT THIS OUT BEFORE THE END OF TODAY OR YOU CAN HAVE A LOOK AT HELLOPETER TO SEE MY STORY!!!!!

I will not renew my contract with Vodacom ever in my life again because this is the 3rd time we have to resolve a debit order fault on your side and normally this reflects badly on my credit score with Vodacom
