Vodacom Bad Clientelle Service

Vodacom Cliente service is BAD. They have been blocking my phone lines every day saying it is a credit limit reach but its not so the unblock it every morning when i phone them. They have escilated the problem to a differant department but still the problem persist. This has been going on for a week now. How difficult can it be to fix this. I realy considering changing to a differant network after being with Vodacom for more than 15Years
