Vodacom (bad attitde from consultants)

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Im very angry, &nbsp;i called more than 4 times and all 4 consultants decided to hang up &nbsp;the phone since they didnt have answers to my questions, &nbsp;when i called for the 5th time Tidimalo's phone wasn't clear i couldn't hear what she was saying &nbsp;and i told her that her phone is not clear but she kept on talking, when i ask her to repeat herself she gave me the worst attitude ever, &nbsp;she started telling me that she will not keep on repeating herself to me, she was so irritated and very rude. How do u keep such people in your company? Doe's she even know what customer service is? For some reasons she decided to hang up the phone as well but called back then she started accusing me of hanging up "bathong!!!! " how can i hang up because im the one who needs help??? &nbsp;she &nbsp;then continued to be rude and hanged up again.. The worst part of it is that my issue wasn't resolved.. &nbsp;I regret taking a contract phone at vodacom, i have a totally bad experience with vodacom.. Disappointed
