Vodacom bad at real service

Vodacom 4 u Ballito Junction worst of service ever. Bought a Lenovo laptop 💻 very slow trying to work with the laptop takes ages to start and work. Apparently online 7 day return you can cancel the contract but in store you can't, tells me I have to pay the contract in full and do another laptop. Only thing I wanted to do was cancel that one and take a better laptop. But no I need to pay the laptop in full. Don't even waste time on calls to vodacom ,you get a different answer than in the store. Like they can't do their jobs correctly. Pathetic service I had enough with laptop brand faulty send it to lenovo to fix still not done another 7 days I have to go without work as my business foundation is on a laptop ,now I need to wait and wait. I'm sorry but bad and very sad service do not get me started on how many times I phoned and spoken to customer service, waste of time.
