VODACOM BAD AT HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

I wrote on Hello Peter on the 12th of April about a matter that was holding me back that was caused by Vodacom, they did call me back and promised to fix the matter, even closed the matter but it was never fixed on my side.

I don’t know what they’ll say now. This has been going on for 2 years and is affecting my credit score badly
