I ordered a Lenovo slimline laptop telephonically on the 5th April with agent,Malcolm..he concluded the deal with me,terms and condition agreed on and said the item should be delivered anytime from tue 13th apr 2021..I enquired about delivery today 15th,only to be told that the item is no longer available...so I was gonna wait until the *** come home if I didnt enquire...Check my record I am a long standing contract member if yours and to treat me like this...and by the way I'm still waiting for a team leader to call me since 11am this morning..is this the way you treat your customers...Bad...Mike ***
