Vodacom Bad

Hi there on the vodacom app you get daily shakes and can win puzzles, I only needed one puzzle for many of my puzzle that closed on the 4/01/2021. But the last to days before close i couldn't play because of constant vodacom errors.!! Way? I tried many times to phone vodacom but you cant speak to a consultant only the bot.... And vodacom don't get back to you to solve the issue!! Bad I tell you very bad indeed.
