Vodacom Backup ****le not working
Vodacom Fibre gave me a back up ****el about 4 weeks ago It is not working Did inform Vodacom Fibre department Still the ****el is not working This is reduculous Unbelievable how useless Vodacom is

Today I get call from Luyarda Hali from HP Vodacom
What a disaster dealing with this person.
Seems he never read my HP complain , he had no idea what was going on.
Had to explain to him several times what the issue is.
Still he was clueless.
Vodacom you are waisting my time.
I am frustrated dealing with you useless operations .
Guess what the modum is still not working .
