Vodacom 🤦😠👎

Vodacom - I am still having problems with them with regards a contract that I cancelled almost 3weeks ago ,I kept on phoning them and the consultant that did promise me that it was closed last week but the payment still went off my account .....I give up now cause they just don't worry and care account their customer service ....I would truly not recoment them to anyone cause it is such a struggle to just get the service we deserve cause this is the reason I would not take any promotion again cause there is just NO care for.their customer and that's very BAD !!!!!! You phone and can't get help from NO one they transfer you from A to Z and right back again ......I want someone from Vodacom to please phone me cause I am tired phoning them cause it's costing me a lot of money for the last month I dont have any luck ....
