How does Vodacom block my number as their client? Simply because I’ve been calling trying to get information regarding my contract cancellation. No reference provided, different stories from consultants and after a month still the cancellation has not been processed yet their router was collected from me, now their agent just tried to connect me to the cancellation department which have blocked my number yet they continue to debit and take my money. Is this how we are treated as customers? I’m so disappointed
