Vodacom awards contract to person other than account holder

I am Eugene Claude Coetzee, ID NR.***. Vodacom Account Holder IO183437-5. Background Information:- As I am currently going through a divorce procedure, I have approached the Vodacom shop in the Langeberg Mall MosselBay on the 30th of October in order to verify and cancel some of my Vodacom contracts. The person at Vodacom (Heinrich Perez) informed me that an upgrade was requested and approved on one of my accounts (***) and subsequently the following phone was delivered to my previous home address, being 55 P.Minor street DanaBay, MosselBay:- Honor X5 Plus 64GB 4G + 30GB x1-(H) @R169PM (R19 Finance +R150 Subs) on Red Flexi 150 (36 months). The person at Vodacom also furnished me with a voice recording, where it became evident that a person by the name of Nonthle, called my estranged wife form RewardsCo,on behalf of Vodacom, offering her, first of all an IPhone 16 under contract nr. ***. In the voice recording, she also states that she uploading my wife's profile on the system?. A second offer is also made by the RewardCo representative on the same nr. ***, a Honor X5 Plus. I am in possession of a voice recording to support my statement. The representative also asked for full name and ID nr. of my estranged wife. I have since becoming aware of the *****ulent transaction, filed a ******** case with the local SAPS under Case nr. 20/11/2024 I have confronted my estranged wife, while still at the Vodacom shop and it is apparent that she then cancelled the I Phone 16, but not the Honor X5, as it was already delivered.

Based on the above information, I therefore have the following questions to Vodacom:- How is it possible that RewardsCo can offer any upgrade under my account, without verifying that they are in fact speaking to the account holder? It should have been evident from the start that she is speaking to a woman, instead of a man, as indicated on the system as the account holder? What profile did she upload, if it was not that of the account holder? Does this mean that anyone can get an upgrade on my account, without me as the account holder's direct authorization via an identification/verification process
