Logged a dispute with regards to an upgrade that was done in which I was made to believe will be of benefit... Low and behold. Like millions of other vodacom customers, I was de*****ed with multiple lies and massive deceit. Upon logging the dispute, the braindead *********** *****s at vodacom deliberately changed my dispute and complaint to suit them. And arrogantly closed the complaint / dispute to "resolved" as they were unable (read ***********...) to understand and correctly log the matter. How is it that braindead people that ruines a business stays employed? Simple: by *********** your customers you csn afford to employ the 'walking dead'. Query with ref number *** is therefore NOT closed. And NO... The experience was disgusting. vodacom >>> avoidacom!!!!!!!!!!!!
