Vodacom & Autopage Data ****

Be extremely wary when you buy data bundles from Vodacom and AutoPage. I yesterday afternoon bought a 1GB data bundle from Kathu Vodacom and was surprised to find out that the data disappeared in the Kathu heat. It miraculously disappeared without even using it. The worst is that the extremely *********** and unfriendly customer service of both Vodacom and AutoPage had me running around for hours with no avail. It is indicative of Fat Cats that ***** you of your money and then totally forget about customer service.<br> Mistakes can happen - but then should be corrected it as soon as possible. Shame to Vodacom and Autopage. You over promise and under-deliver.<br>
