Vodacom attitude arrogant and uncaring
Because I am paid late by Municipalities I was forced to delay payments to my creditors. I tried to get Vodacom to extend my payment terms but as I had not yet paid last months bill was told that they cant do anything until I am up to date. Services cut off on 11th June. Managed to pay them on 16th june. Now 20th June still not reconnected after spending many hours on the phone between accounts and customer services. I Have a small tracking business which means I cannot do my work because Vodacom cannot do theirs. Municipalities striking and want to know where their vehicles are and i cant tell them. All my MTN units who are also delayed with payment are working fine. Vodacom promised 1 to 5 hours to sort matter out on 18th. Hopeless. People you talk to are incredibly arrogant and just dont care. They also will not supply the contact details of anybody senior. Management are too scared to face the unhappy public and hide in anononimity. New contract coming up with a very large fleet. I will be looking very seriously at who will be my supplier for services on that one. Very Very unhappy with Vodacom.
