Vodacom attaching wrong debt to my credit score, and debt is 12 years old!!!!!

A Vodacom account has appeared on my credit record after 12 years.

Firstly I have NEVER held an account with Vodacom, secondly any account this old whomever it ACTUALLY belongs to, if they have not paid and it has not been recovered by this time the account should be a prescribed debt and should be removed from the record anyway.

So first off, someone has committed ***** with my identification 12 years ago and now it is popping up. Secondly, the debt should be written off anyway as prescribed debt unless Vodacom can prove that someone has paid towards it in the last 5 years, I know I have not as it is NOT my account.

Thirdly, I contacted vodacom 3 times regarding this, last time a guy by the name of Musa Labese gave me an email address to email my dispute, it was his gmail account which is odd, ********** but he requested my email address and assured me he would send me the dispute documentation.

I sent him 2 emails with no response and have still not received the documentation.

I do not want someone to send me documentation now, that ship has sailed. I am happy to submit an Affidavit to make sure Vodacom knows it is not my debt, however, this needs to be taken off my credit record IMMEDIATELY as either way it is prescribed debt, and this is directly negatively impacting my credit score!

The account number on my transunion record for the Vodacom account, of which Vodacom themselves do not even have my email address or physical address on the account to link it to me anyway which shows me it was **********ly done is : (Vodacom Account Number) : I **********

My name and surname: Maurizio Ferdinando Guadagnino
