Vodacom at zevenwact is not for the clients

In November myself and my wife took out a home data contract with Vodacom fast forward a month the router gave problem where it was in a boot loop We took it in and the assistent at Vodacom zevenwact told us that repairs is closed we went back in January to book it in a week later the repair center said they will replace it and we must go collect it at zevenwact mall Every time I have been to the mall to get feedback yes I must go in to get feedback they have an excuse about no stock and serial numbers the manager told me he would follow up and call me back that is 2 weeks again they can’t provide any information about what they did to solve this
