Vodacom at this point is as useful as our government...

Our SAGA continues. Vodacom just cannot get it right. My plight started on 18/02/2026 @ 14.53. The initial consultant I spoke with was Nokkukhanya and this is NOT about her. She is the only one who assisted and what followed was out of her hands. The following is the list of agents that I spoke with and bear in mind that this was a continual conversation since 14:53 until 17:50 being put through, line dropped etc 16:02 Sizwe 16:15 Mighty 17:33 Gina 17:50 Priscilla Then we continue the following Day

19/02/2026 11:05 Narcia/Marcia 14:24 Tembi 16:18 Nomusa = Nomusa informed me that there was a system glitch and when I asked for the upgrade on my number ********** unfortunately the system glitch kicked in and my number ********** was cancelled taking my DATA with it. She emphasized that it was a system glitch and that it would take 24 hrs and my number would be up again by tonight.

20/02/2026 Unfortunately today was meetings on meetings and I could not attend to the Vodacom saga. 18:39 The number is still suspended. I called and spoke with Ntombikayise who really tried and even spoke with he supervisor but unfortunately the upgrades department is now closed and so we continue tomorrow UNACCEPTABLE VODACOM😒😒😒 I now have to purchase ADDITIONAL expensive data because of YOUR INCOMPETANCE How long before you make an effort to fix this 🤷♀️🤬🤬🤬

So I received no response to my second comment above which was on my original post.

Part Three After not hearing anything further from Vodacom with regards to my upgrade for my number *** which is meant to be 1 TB and a home internet Wi-Fi modem I decided to call in on the 24th to find out what is happening as on the 1st my current internet contract is being cancelled (see original complaint about this) I need my new home internet up and running on Monday as my Job is dependent on it and by the 24th still nothing. I spoke with Amelio Naidoo who then informed he does not see my order despite the fact that I quotation on the 18th ( Quotation No: ***) so he generated a new quote. Today 26/02/2026 I called in and spoke with Jennifer who explained that she cannot assist and need to speak with after sales. 16:52 I spoke with Dimpo who basically called me a ****, not in as many words but when I told her that I received a quote on the 18th she said no, the only quote is on the 24th and that it will take a couple of days and next week sometime I would receive my device.....how do I work? I told her at this point in time that I find Vodacom to be as useless as this current government USELESS. Obviously she took offense to this and and said have a lovely day....but she does not realise to what extent something like this can push a person. 16:58 I called again and spoke with Kenny, he at least took the time to look at the quotations and told me that the consultant who created the order then for some reason proceeded to cancel the order. That explains why my *** number was cancelled according to Kenny all of my quotes were cancelled and he has no explanation. So the only active quote for the home Wi-Fi is the one Kenny did on the 24th..... which he cannot give me a delivery date. I explained that I work from home and my job is dependent on me having home WI-FI otherwise no job. He did try and assist by suggesting doing a swim swop at Vodacom which is again for my expense. I don't find this acceptable at all. Vodacom is a MULTI BILLION enterprise and you cannot tell me that they do not have the means to sort this out by Sunday. I refuse to believe that. It is Vodacom's fault and a simple I am sorry and throwing hands up in the air does not work. Vodacom what must I do to be assisted and treated fairly. Listen to the conversation I had with Tembi on the 19th Tembi assured me that 1) Cancellation of *** would take place on time with a cancelation fee or R 1576.05 2) Migration of *** to 1TB for R 498.99 would take place on time as I stressed to her my job dependent on it 3) New contract on *** would happen. She told me that all three would happen on time. What happened with Vodacom's internal communication system that caused such a ****** up?

What do you expect of me or what do you want me to do Vodacom to get the service I pay for....which currently is non existent? Tell me Vodacom please, I am on my knees what must I do? 3)
