Vodacom at South Gate shop is just next to choice retail shop service there is not nice at all.

i am not happy right now with vodacom shop branch at South Gate which is very much convince for me to go there that’s where I do my shopping and errands. So I ha have anaccount with vodacom am paying that account each and every month using my ID number usually because I don’t know the cellphone number or the account number I normally go to maponya mall . Now I went to South Gate to pay the account and when got there and they told me they won’t be able to get my details using my ID but I told them that I normally use my ID number to pay the account all the time. They were so lazy to even look now I had to drive all way to maponya to pay the account. Am really not happy I can’t wait close the account... they refused to help me.
