Vodacom at Sandton city is pathetic

What a ****en waste of my time.

Walked into the Vodacom Sandton city with all relevant documents. Assuming they would be professional and efficient.

Employee named, Professor, is far from the his own name.

I'm still waiting for him to apply for my contract and gave me a BS excuse of the "system being offline" it's 3 day's now and each time I call the store, there's no sign of him.

This is pathetic at it's worst. Does the benchmark of employment from vodacom entail a bad service driven individual.
