vodacom at its worst

Dear vodacom I am very angry at the way my complaints are being deal with on the 27/04/2015 I layed a complaint with one of url agents nelly. And on the 28/04/2015 I layed a another complaint with one of url agents and also here on hellopetter. And I have phoned in to check is going on wit my complaints. But no one knows what's going on. Today is the 20/05/2015. And I still have not heard anything from vodacom. All I have heard is lies and promises with no results
