Vodacom at it again

Vodacom at its best i cant say anything anymore worst of the worst, first we had a big fight to get our router due to the fact Vodacom gave wrong info to the courier, now we claimed the rest of the order asking a eta on delivery of the other half of the package no luck in getting an answer from them, but yet last night they deducted money for this account but yet the order is not complete, what kind of stupid service do you give to paying customers and expect to keep them, you are the worst of the worst i am truly disgusted with how you treat your customers and what services you deliver, having a look at your rating and other reviews you should start picking up the service delivery, i am so happy i am not part of your staff compliment i would have been ashamed stating i work for you
