Vodacom assist in hacking their customer's accounts.

Vodacom entered into a partnership with Gamemine where they allow this company to have their products attached to your SMS's. mant customers of Vodacom are now paying an average of R100.00 per month, or R4.35 per day because they claim that the customers subscribed to this product. This is an unacceptable mal practice and breech of trust between Vodacom and their customers. If a Customer of Vodacom wants to buy games on their phones, the SMS should at least have a "SMS Game to ****xx" to subscribe. then there should be a SMS sent to you where you confirm this subscription. Vodacom is now allowing this ******** to get paid for something they never subscribed to. The Question is: Did Vodacom know that this is the type of **** they forced down onto their customers? Well, I will give Vodacom time to get my money back, and I want to see that they jack up their Customer's security on such ****s. If they do not change this methods of SMS hacking, I will then use social media to inform everyone to find alternative cell suppliers. I think the CEO of Vodacom should lower his head in shame because he allowed this to happen to the consumer. Vodacom was always a good company, and I give them a good rating, but this is unacceptable.

Oh great, They even have a computer to answer this complaint. I wonder if they think an agent will be able to assist. I think the CEO is the person to get the board together to stop this bad businuss they entered into.

Aaa.. trust restored. Since 1998 I dealt with Vodacom, and always received satisfaction. As you see, thats why I do rated you a 4 star., Please ensure that the CEO and BOARD of Vodacom gets my complaint and they instructs the IT engineers to place some sort of control on this bad smelling practice they allowed. Ashwin, thanks for your quick response and intelligent communication pal.

Ashwin,
You guys again allowed *****s to take my money.
I am now getting a bit upset pal.
If it happens again, I will go to your headoffice and have a nice discussion with the CEO himself.
Perhaps a few hundred or so people sitting in the foyer chanting will change Vodacom into a company that values their customers.
