Vodacom assigning SPAM-blacklisted IP addresses, resulting in rejected emails

When I connect to the internet via vodacom, I am assigned one of many IP addresses vodacom has available. If I then send an email from Outlook, that IP address is sent as metadata associated with the email. Unfortunately Vodacom's IP addresses seem to be on several spam blacklists. (today it's six - Anonmails DNSBL, Barracuda, CBL, RATS Dyna, SORBS SPAM and Spamhaus ZEN). As a consequence, many of my emails are being rejected by the email servers they are sent to, and they never arrive, because those servers believe I am a spammer. This makes it really difficult to work!

I did call Vodacom, got shunted to four people over 20 minutes, explained the problem three or four times, and then had my call dropped.

I would have emailed, but Vodacom does not have a Vodacom business customer care email listed. So not very happy with Vodacom.

Vodacom, please assist / find a solution.
