Vodacom as bad as they were a month ago

Still not able to cancel contacts despite a telephone call and sms claiming it's cancelled. Again not being able to actually write instructions and having to deal with some one who has no interest in your problems, it's just a joke. How do you actually cancel a vodacom contact surely a simple email would make it much easier, but no. Useless to the nth degree .
