VODACOM AS **** AS ALWAYS

Extremely frustrated with the service I am receiving from Vodacom, I took out a contract with Vodacom for Fibre at home through Vumatel and when I was required to get signed up I was called a lot but not that its time to deliver a service to your Client Vodacom is now silent, I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE RESPONDS I HAVE CALLED ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT ONLY DEALS WITH APPLICATIONS ... I Signed up in the end of July and have called Ram couriers to assist with my package that needs to be delivered,, but I am referred back to Vodacom , this is such incompetence, Is this how you treat you clients your competitors are always waiting to deliver a better service than you do ...when is my fibre going to be installed in my unit????
