Vodacom as a network in its entirety is USELESS!!!

Barely two months after I had an issue upgrading with this store, about a fortnight back I get an upgrade and suddenly my internet stops working. I go to a different vodacom and they tell me to pay for a sim swap, how really is it my fault nd mind you their contract sim cards are quite costly and yet. Its the only network that charges an UPGRADE fee which I find to be very absurd and ridiculous! Nw I ask the lady to return the damn gadget with its original packaging and cut ties with them and she gives some long non-sensible explanation about sim swaps! Does this big branded yet so highly *********** service provider give one inch of a damn abt retaining its clients, yet alone keeping the current ones satisfied? I'm def not paying for a sim swap and will reverse the debit order if this issue persists. If they go e legal route so be it, they blacklist, I keep the gagdet! Very siily network!!!!!
